Currently the goods which are for sale in this catalogue are only sold for delivery to a UK destination. All goods are available for export but the shipping charge will increase considerably. For an accurate quote please contact us before purchasing.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Maestro and Mastercard. We do not charge for any non-special order item until it is ready to ship. Special order items are charged for on the day of order. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to send your card details via secure shopping cart, you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

With the exception of goods which are special orders, consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days without reason,provided the pump has not been connected to a water supply. The 7 days start when the goods are received.


All prices listed are in GB pounds sterling and payments taken in this currency.

Shipping And Handling

Orders are normally shipped by Fed Ex UK. For Credit card orders we will only deliver to the address on the Credit Card. A signature is always required for the goods.

All orders over £100 delivered to Mainland UK are available with FREE express delivery.

Delivery charge for Mainland UK orders under £100 cost £9.60 inc VAT.

For all Highlands & Islands deliveries the delivery charge is £22 inc VAT minimum.

For all N Ireland and Dublin deliveries the delivery charge is a minimum of £25 inc VAT

For all S Ireland deliveries ( excluding Dublin) the delivery charge is a minimum of £35 inc VAT per two cartons (Max weight 25kg per carton)

If the correct shipping charge is not selected during online checkout procedure orders will be held until the customer has been contacted and the correct delivery charge has been paid.

For stock items orders received before 2pm are generally despatched that day for next day delivery. However, we cannot guarantee next day delivery on the service which we use for general sales. - If you must have your goods next day please contact us by phone for details. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused by non-delivery of orders by our carrier agents. If we are unable to despatch an order to arrive with the customer within 30 days of receiving the order, we will offer the customer the option of cancelling the order and having their money refunded.

If you have an export enquiry please contact us before placing the order. Currently the goods which are for sale in this catalogue are only sold for delivery to a mainland UK destination. All goods are available for export but the shipping charge will increase considerably.

Delivery Schedule

Most Items are normally delivered by carrier within two to three working days. International orders will take longer.

Unless otherwise agreed, if we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days, the consumer will be informed immediately and will be given the choice of a later delivery date or cancelling the order completely and receiving a full refund of any monies paid.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will try to offer you an alternative product suitable for your application.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

When shopping at Pump Express you can be safe in the knowledge that your credit card transactions are secure.

All transactions on this site use Secure socket Layering (SSL) . This encrypts the personal information and card details you enter into code so that they may be securely transmitted over the internet. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

If you are still concerned about the security of issuing your card details on line then it is possible to pay by alternative methods, you can send us your order on-line and we will ring you to take your credit card details, or, you may fax us with the order, or you can ring us with the order - whichever you are happy with.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

Pump Express keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Information from emails and that you give us at the time of ordering is stored both physically and electronically by ourselves. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not sell, pass on or disclose details of customers to any other parties. With the exception of order status reports, we do not currently make unsolicited contact with customers before or after they have placed an order. Information is retained electronically in order to supply a better service to our returning customers.

Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Returns Policy

With the exception of goods which are tailor made for the consumer or ordered specially, items marked "special order," and non-stock items procured specifically for the customer, consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days without reason, the 7 days starting from the day after the goods are received. Any damaged goods must be notified to us on the day of delivery.

For any item to be returned and receive a refund, goods must be returned unused, in perfect re-saleable condition, including original undamaged packaging and with the original delivery note. Refunds will cover the costs of the goods only, and will not include any delivery or collection costs, which will be charged to your credit card. Further delivery charges will be the actual costs of delivery, which depends on the weight of the goods ordered, and in most cases will be higher than the original delivery cost charged on the order.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns and therefore recommend that the customer uses an insured carrier. The customer is responsible for the cost of any returns and future deliveries.

It is important that you thoroughly inspect any goods you receive at the time of delivery, taking extra care to check for cosmetic damage or breakages before installing the item, and contact us as soon as possible should you find any fault. We will endeavour to replace or repair any faulty goods as quickly as possible.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. A likely timescale for resolving the dispute will be determined and the consumer will be kept informed about progress. The complaints procedure is open to review to ensure that it is working well.
