A Total System
ACCESS COVER - Galvanised access frame and cover, 1000mm diameter tanks have 600mm² pedestrian weight covers, all other tanks have 900mm² 2.5 tonne cover.
GRP TANK - Corrosion resistant design with strengthening rings and lifting eyes.
INLET - 110mm or 160mm inlet in accordance with WIS 4-35-01, positioned to customers requirements.
OUTLET - Female BSP thread, other options available.
PIPEWORK - Internal valves and PVC pipework pre-installed in factory.
LEVEL CONTROL - Single acting ‘RDN’ type sewage floatswitches offer simple reliable control. In the event of failure, only the floatswitch (and not the whole pump) need be replaced, saving the customer money.
PUMP INSTALLATION - Single or twin pump guide rail installations with lifting chain and shackle to enable easy removal of pumps.
PUMPS - Cast iron, heavy duty pumps that allow 50 - 70mm solids (depending on pump model) to pass through thus reducing chances of blockage and improving reliability. Single or three phase pumps with vortex impellers. High head versions also available.
CONTROL PANEL - single or three phase, Ip54 enclosure. High level alarm included.
Optional service contracts, 5 Year Warranty and a commissioning service are all available.
All our stations are custom-built to suit site circumstances. Delivery turnround often within a week.
