Bombas Itur AU Water Pumps
Bombas Itur self-priming cast iron centrifugal water pumps are made for heavy duty work and can be driven by electric, petrol or diesel engines. AU pumps have an integral priming chamber and open or semi-open impellers with wear plate. They are suitable for clean, dirty (entrained solids) or aggressive liquids.
Designed for pumping dirty or sandy water they are specially useful in;
Draining and drying foundations and building sites
Transfer of water from rivers and canals
Draining of mine and quarry faces

As the pumps in the AU series are self-priming they work without foot valves, and it is not necessary for the suction pipe to be primed. As long as some water remains in the pump housing, the pump will work automatically, generating a total head of 8 w.c.m,. depending on pumping flow. |
