PUMP INSTALLATION AND APPLICATIONS

These pumps are suitable for handling clean water and fluids which are not chemically aggressive to the pump components.

THE BRASS BODY CONSTRUCTION OF THIS PARTICULARLY COMPACT PUMP ELIMINATES THE POSSIBILITY OF RUST AND CORROSION, MAKING IT SUITABLE FOR THE TRANSFER OF LIQUIDS IN THE MECHANICAL PROCESSING SECTOR, FOR CONTROLLING THE TEMPERATURE OF MOULDS, COOLING, CONDITIONING AND FOR DRINKS DISPENSING MACHINES

These pumps should be installed in a covered area, protected against the weather.

STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS

• BRASS PUMP BODY with UNI ISO 228/1 gas threaded suction and delivery ports.
• MOTOR BRACKET (patent no 1289150): aluminium with brass insert;eliminatesseizure of the impeller after long periods of inactivity
• BRASS IMPELLER, with radial peripheral vanes.
• AISI 416 EN10088-3-1.4104 stainless steel MOTOR SHAFT.
• Ceramic and graphite MECHANICAL SEAL
• MOTOR: the pumps are coupled directly to an asynchronous, high efficiency PEDROLLO induction motor of suitable size, which is quiet running, closed and externally ventilated, suitable for continuous duty. INSULATION class F.
  A thermal cut-out device (motor protector) is incorporated in single phase motors.

Three phase motors require an adequate external motor protector connected according to current standards.
